Which should be aligned with respect to what? :(
The top of image and title?
The bottom of image and url?

The title and URL should be positioned so that as a group, they are *optically* centered in the row.
This translates to nudging both text lines up by 1 dip. (As mentioned in the spec, please don't move the favicon though)

I guess I fixed it as a part of the awesomescreen themeing bug. Please re-open if the UX feels the list isnt right yet.
