Bad: Then subj in incomming letter is write in plain text and in codetable
KOI8-r or Koi8-u, in replay its recoding into wrong code table ISO8859-1.
Good: Text in subj then its write in plain text (without codetable string) may
be recoded with codetable, used to view this message.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Send the message from e-mail client, witch write subj in plain text in koi-8r or
koi-8u without codetable and mime encoding. Then get this e-mail with mozilla
and press replay.
Actual Results: The subj after repaly are in incorerect encoding for cyrillic -
ISO8859-1
Expected Results: It may use for subject the codetable, setting by user for
view the letter if subject is in plain text without codetable record.
