71562 - Last references to "Netscape" in imapMsgs.properties file

There are a few remaining references to Netscape in imapMsgs.properties that
popup as error messages. Here is a list of the error messages' codes:
5016-5019
5022-5023
5025-5026

Should be trivial to fix.

Instead of changing NS->Mozilla, I suggest to make the thing directly brandable.
I'm no expert at all, but it should look something like %brand, so there will be
no need to pass again through this file... :)

Another reference in global-region/region.properties and in lots of places
scattered around the help files... What about fixing this in time for 0.9.4?

What about setting the target to mozilla1.0? I don't think moz should ship with
references to NS... Since the patch has bitrotted, what about providing a newer
one timeles? :) Adding a polish keyword would be helpful too.

(I'm not doing all of this myself, since I'm not sure about the policy for
setting keywords & targetting...)
