increase importance to major because Verizon is really a big internet service provider and we already have impacted users on GSFN...

I would prefer that somebody else than me take it because I am not a Verizon.net user, and not particularly concerned by this issue... Anyone else wants to take it???

FWIW, SMTP reports: 250-AUTH DIGEST-MD5 PLAIN LOGIN CRAM-MD5 250-AUTH=LOGIN PLAIN which doesn't make any sense. I'd have to try it, but I don't have an account.
