Currently, when a user saves their banner, they are shown it via a url hash (ie. /my_banners#banner-7). It should be clearer to the user which banner they just created.

I've added this bug to the list of bugs to go over for the redesign, but fixing this beforehand probably isn't going to happen. Thus, WONTFIX.
