Details

when i start aurora (latest build i have tested is from 2012-01-11) the menu and settings are not localized but when i change the orientation a part of the menu and the settings are localized and stay localized when is change back the orientation.
That seems to be the same behaviour tracked in bug 713464, resolving DUPE.
