The index http://hg.mozilla.org/weave-l10n/?style=raw of the weave-l10n repos is boken, it shows /af/ instead of /weave-l10n/af/ etc. The links in the html version are broken, too, http://hg.mozilla.org/weave-l10n/.

This is bummer, but it blocks us from switching the l10n dashboard back on.

I've created a test that covers all the l10n repo tree lists used on the dashboard, plus the release trees.
This is fixed.  There was a typo in webroot_wsgi/weave-l10n/hgweb.config
