Internal Server Error occurs when I click link Raw

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Bug 715821
2. Scroll down to Comment 1
3. Click link https://hg.mozilla.org/integration/mozilla-inbound/rev/0b102e74b3b8
4. Click link "Raw" at the top of page

Actual Results:
  The following error shows.

Fixed this.  another regression in a file that was changed in-place on the server but not checked in to VCS control, thus reverted during the upgrade.  :(
