Expected results:
File should be downloaded.

Actual results:
550 Failed to change directory.

The link doesn't seem to contain the problem PDF any longer. Do you know of another testcase?

Try to download one of the files with the non-ascii characters in

ftp://89.222.194.164/TRENDnet/new_instruction/

It seems it's already enough if the filename contains characters that are not ascii?!

unless this is a regress, I'd think there is already a bug on this.
