For Ukrainian you currently haven't landed any search engines, and therefore you'll get the en-US ones by default. It would be good for your users if we could get localised versions. See this page for more information:

For starters we probably want to use a similar list to the ones you use for Firefox.

Yes, I think search engines for Thunderbird should be the same as for Firefox.

I've taken care of this in http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/l10n/mozilla-beta/uk/3183ef29987f since the builds were broken. Just adding list.txt is not enough, entries that are not common like google need their own .xml files. The search plugins should be just the same as in Firefox now.
As mentioned via email and shown in the link, please don't just make changes to search plugins without review.
