Steps to reproduce:

Currently, it's not possible to search the changes that have been made to a field using substrings. This applies to fields that can have multiple strings (like keywords, whiteboard, etc) where the field value may change over time. 

eg I'd like to find all bugs that have ever contained a given string in the Keyword (regardless of any other keywords that may have been present at the time, or any that are present now).

There doesn't currently appear to be a way of doing this, short of writing my own query against the db.
