When browsing this framed site the back and forward buttons doesn't work
(nothing happens when they are clicked).
If site is visited as first thing, back/forward buttons arent enabled.
I forgot to mention that this error only exists when site is opened with a
target="_new" from another page (as far as I can see).

So to reproduce this error: go to: http://www.dicte.tc.dk and use the "Den
Officielle Dicte Side" link (close to the botton). The problematic site will
open in new browser. Select something in the navigation bar.

Please note: Both of these site are in danish.
Summary: Back/forward doesn't work at site → Back/forward doesn't work at site opened with target="_new"
the url is points to a framed site so it's a dup of 56062 : "back/forward
buttons don't work at first if first page is framed"
