Details
First, we need to investigate if loading favicons asynchronously would give any relevant performance boost. If that's the case, list results immediately and load favicons asynchronously in parallel.

Did some naive quick benchmarking on awesome screen with and without favicons. Loading entries without any favicon doesn't seem to make a relevant difference. Need to test with a chunkier DB though. I only tested with a rather small data set.
