Ever since I updated my Firefox installation to 9.0.1, I cannot run the browser. Whenever I start it, it tells me that I've had a problem with a recently opened webpage, and to remove them fromt he restore list. I do so, and then the app goes to try to restore the session and never comes back. I go to the about screen and it tells me that I'm looking for updates. I've scanned forums and boards to see if I can troubleshoot my installation. I've uninstalled, reinstalled. No change. Started in safe mode doing everything but removing my preferences, and no change. I've even cleared my preferences and bookmarks (which I was not happy about) with no change. Basically I can't run the browser right now, so I'm uninstalling it. the post here http://techdows.com/2011/12/firefox-9-0-1-released-to-fix-startup-crashes-after-upgrade-to-firefox-9-0-for-mac-users.html says I'm not alone. Hopefully you all figure out what's up. I was a loyalist, but not so much anymore...

We can't reproduce it and in that case we can't fix it.

Do you have a special setup like a xen Desktop ?
Carrie, do you still see this problem when using a current version?
