This is an idea from a call rtucker and I had earlier today.  The idea is to take machines and MAC addresses from the sjc1 DHCP files and add them to inventory, keyed to a "fake" VLAN that will never actually be put into production.  Then, when a machine is moved to sjc1, the person doing the move will not have to key in the MAC, but just select the correct VLAN.

This bug is to run through the DHCP files for sjc1 and add to inventory, identifying any oddities and hunting down their source.
