STR:
1. Click App Button
2. Move cursor over any <splitmenu> (like "New tab", "Edit", "Print", etc.) and try to hit up/down arrow keys to navigate in that menu.
It won't work.
3. Now move cursor over simple menuitems (like "Start private browsing", "Find", "Exit", etc.) and try to to hit up/down arrow keys to navigate in that menu.
It works fine, but you can't select <splitmenu> menu items.

<splitmenu> menu items should be possible to navigate to using keyboard.
