The carbon builds of apprunner don't have the required 'carb' 0 resource to
indicate they are Carbon apps. Need to add the appropriate resource to new
targets for the project.

Since Mozilla 0.8.1 will build a Carbon app but not one that runs without some
tweaking I'd like to check this in before we cut the 0.8.1 branch.
Patch attached for the changes to MozillaBuildList.pm to build the new Carbon
targets in apprunner.mcp. I've also got a new resource file and the changed
project to check in but I can't exactly post a diff of those :-)
