Hi Steven, 

Bug 684080 is scheduled to be implemented for 1.4
Once this New Channel Landing page is implemented, we need to update where it said "download" under the "Releases" header and change it to say "Overview"

"Overview" will link to the new channel page.

Oops, I updated the Mobile menu rather than releases. Fixed in trunk in r101303.
