Details

nsUXThemeData is kind of a mess with a lot of statics accessed in various areas and other issues. A number of the checks in here probably belong in WinUtils now as well. (I'd also suggest renaming it to something like ThemeUtils.)

nsUXThemeConstants.h can mostly go away once we drop support for older sdks (bug 699385).
Bug 373266  adds the vsstyle.h include and starts using the real constants, so blocking on that.
