Hi guys if possible can we also get a way to make the text bigger like on http://www.gdaonline.co.uk/

it has the +A to make the text bigger on the top
satdav: Do we really need this when Firefox has a text zoom feature by itself?
tobbi would be a good idea for people who dont use firefox who need support

Every modern browser supports zoom, as does every modern OS. Unless you're using Lynx/Links or some browser from the 90's, this wouldn't be all that useful.

I was speaking to Michelle, who told me to file the bug, why wont we get this feature it would be good as some people don't know how to set-up the feature to make their text bigger
I think it would be useful to have something on the site that tells people how to make the text bigger. Though it really depends on data. How do people who need larger text usually deal with the issue?
Hi,

To clarify, this is not intended to be a feature that would be useful for people using a browser from the 90's. It is a feature that would be useful for people who have visual impairment.

There are a few different ways to address this problem on SUMO, so a more thorough eval would be helpful and greatly appreciated when you have the time. If not, changing this to an enhancement and looking at it in the context of the redesign would also be more helpful.

Another bug was also filed this week for SUMO accessibility, related to the lack of contrast on the site, so please also consider that as a bug for this same type of user.
