Steps to reproduce:
- Go to testcase, double tap on the small green box (I know, can be difficul on  a phone. In that case, just pinch zoom in)

Actual result:
- Page zooms all the way in to show the green box very big, far greater than you would be able to zoom in with pinch zooming.

Expected result:
- Page doesn't zoom in further than the maximum pinch zoom level.
Patches on bug 720538 should address this issue as well.

Patches on bug 720538 do seem to fix this issue. I'll dupe this bug but please re-open if you still see it happening in the next nightly.
