Incorrect behavior, caused by ctrl-+
Mozilla build 2001031512 under Linux.
Go to any page which uses tables for layout, e.g. mozilla.org. After loading
press Ctrl-+. The text gets bigger but does not get reformatted, so it overflows
the table cells. This has worked correctly in the past.
The error does not occur outside tables (e.g. CSS2 based layout).

This is not a dupe of that bug. This bug deals with something completely different.
Hi. I don't believe this is a duplicate of 64926 either. These screenshots were
created with Build 2001031609 under Debian unstable.
