Details
The fonts on the toolbars not laying out correctly, the images -such as the
reload button are viewable but "Reload" is halfway off the button

I am running windows 98 and have a large number of fonts on my computer.

Fixed.
marking verified against old code base - new code base UI is totally different
in terms of layout
