Some users would like to have the test case id have a prefix noting the component or something to that effect. Something like: TC-COMP-#### We should support setting a text prefix to the ID, and the user should be able to filter on that prefix.

Cameron Dawson added a comment in Pivotal Tracker: carl: I talked to Ubuntu and they don't think it's likely to be changed across versions. So for their needs, we can go either way on this. But it still seems right to have it versioned. Is that a hassle? If it's not a big difference in dev time, let's do versioned.

Cameron Dawson added a comment in Pivotal Tracker: after re-thinking this, I'm making it NOT versioned. This prefix is for the case id, not the caseversion id.
Cameron Dawson added a comment in Pivotal Tracker: eric: the cleanup on this one is just in the edit cases form. I tried to copy what you did in the new case form, but I just couldn't quite figure out your magic. :)

Mass-closing remaining MozTrap bugs as WONTFIX, due to 1) the Mozilla-hosted instance being decommissioned (see https://wiki.mozilla.org/TestEngineering/Testrail), and, for now, 2) the still-up code archived at its GitHub page: https://github.com/mozilla/moztrap (we'll decide what's next for that, in the near future).
