721614 - Add "Send t-shirt" to context menu when (appropriately privileged) users right-click on usernames

3. Right-click on reporter's username
4. See no "Send t-shirt" item :(

awesome idea; however we don't have anywhere near the required information to achieve this (postal address, t-shirt size, ...).

We'll eventually get this kind of data from Mozillians profiles should users provide it (and more will when they see a rewards system hooked up.)

in which case it makes more sense for the "send t-shirt" idea to be implemented on mozillians.org rather than here -- t-shirts should be sent for more than just good bug reports :)

We just need to make sure it's easy easy as possible to send t-shirts regardless of what app that feature is on (data on mozillians, button on other apps/sites; data and button on mozillians; data synced from mozillians to other app/sites, button on other apps/sites).

Will all Bugzilla users automatically have Mozillians accounts?  I want this to work even for volunteers who haven't already entered their t-shirt size and postal address.

All bugzilla users won't automatically have mozillians' accounts, but we're planning to integrating options to allow those users to know there's a contributor directory solution that helps with authorization and profile data sharing across any and all mozilla.org properties.
