72309 - Fixed width missing pixel size box

The "Fixed width fonts" pixel size box is missing from the "Fonts" preferences
when the page is first selected. One has to goto a different prefs page and then
back to the fonts page to get it to show up so that the font size can be chosen.

Sceenshot attached w/ next post because it does not happen _every_ time... just
enought to be annoying. :)

Somethin's amiss somewhere. This is 'new' with 2001031611 Linux Build.

compelling reason, as well as check a recent *trunk* build (on the appropriate
