Checked, last application was submitted Jan 18th. Someone just came to IRC to report problem. This is the message they get: "You tried to restrict a bug to the 'mozilla-reps' group, but either this group does not exist, or you are not allowed to restrict bugs to this group in the 'Mozilla Reps' product." So I guess some permissions need to be changed on the group checkboxes?
this problem would have been caused by changes made in bug 686184.
Depends on: 686184
fixed; i've changed the group permissions from Default/NA to Shown/Default, and tested it with bugs filed with the form and directly via enter_bug.
