At the moment, it's difficult to answer common questions such as "how many users have MEMORY_RESIDENT greater than 500mb?". Telemetry dashboard should show a CDF (maybe only for histograms with more than 5 buckets, or maybe only upon request) to help us answer questions like this.
We could do something like that for sure. Just bare in mind that the answer will always be in the form of "percentage of users" as there's no relation between the results and actual users
> "how many users have MEMORY_RESIDENT greater than 500mb?". Yes, this should be "what fraction of users have MEMORY_RESIDENT greater than 500mb."
Note, this should be dynamic. For example a slider than I could drag that says 2% on one side and 98% on the other. It's good to know whether obscure conditions occur in 2% of the cases or 0.002%.
