From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; 0.8.1) Gecko/20010316 BuildID: 2001031604 When asked for a username and password in a Basic Authentication dialog, if the domain name is beyond a certain length, the dialog box wraps the instructions onto a new line, pushing the dialog content down slightly. This results in the OK and Cancel buttons being partly obscured off the bottom of the page. Can be observed on Win 2000 and Win NT 4. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to url provided Actual Results: You see a Basic Authentication box with the OK and Cancel buttons partly off the bottom of the page. Expected Results: Displayed the Basic Authentication box with the OK and Cancel buttons fully on the page and padded out from the bottom edge. Dialog box needs to be deeper by about 25px
Confirming for Windows 98, same build (it was also present in other recent builds). If this is related to bug #68352, someone must merge the two bugs together under a more generic summary. Feel free to morph my bug, if necessary.
