Cannot install Nightly13.0a1 exe file on WindowsXP SP3.

On the other hand, I can install zip file and it works properly.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download firefox-13.0a1.en-US.win32.installer.exe from http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-mozilla-central/
2. Execute firefox-13.0a1.en-US.win32.installer.exe

Actual Results:
 Error dialog pops up.
>Sorry, Nightly can't be installed. This version of Nightly requires Windows XP SP2 or newer


Expected Results:
 Installation should be performed successfully.
