Steps to reproduce:
Try to install Firefox 13.0a1 (Nighty from 2012-02-03, 2012-02-04 or 2012-02-05) on Windows XP SP3 (Dutch).
Actual results:
It was impossible to install Firefox 13.0a1 (Nightly) on Windows XP SP3 (Dutch) due to the error "Sorry, Nightly can't be installed. This version of Nightly requires Microsoft Windows XP SP2 or newer.".
Expected results:
Firefox 13.0a1 (Nightly) should have installed normally on Windows XP SP3 (Dutch), since Windows XP SP3 is "Windows XP SP2 or newer".
