per irc with IT, I was asked to spin out a separate bug for assessing treeclosure impact of this morning's PHX outage. Details of PHX outage are in bug#714634, but the outage took down tbpl, which closed the trees. This bug is to track: 1) when was the tree closed? edmorley closed trees at ~08:30 PST 2) when was the tree reopened? bhearsum opened the tree at 09:05 PST
silly bugzilla: I know this is dependent on bug#714634, but because I cant see 714634, I cant mark another bug as "depends on" 714634. :-(
