Lightning 1.1.1 does not print monthly calendars the way Sunbird does.

Expected results: There should have been shading the way there is in Sunbird. 1: the top row with the days of the week should have been shaded 2: the days of the previous and next month should have been shaded dark gray 3: the week end should have been shaded 4: the scheduled events should have been shaded (highlighted?)

Could you please attach the image as png/jpg. It seems to be http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microsoft_Office_Document_Imaging, but at least on Linux there seems to be no easy way to open such a file.

This JPG file is a scan of a printed copy of the MDI file. It looks darker than the origial. Let me know if this works or not.

I hope the JPG file from my scanner helps. I can also output to PDF and TIFF from my scanner if either of those would be helpfull.

Sunbird no longer exists, this bug has become obsolete. Thanks for reporting though!
