Once we get signoff from l10n drivers, we'll have to make sure Khmer is added to shipped locales for betas. Filing bug to track. Note: the Khmer beta repo already exists at http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/l10n/mozilla-beta/km/, so thats already done.
This locale is ready to be reviewed to be included in the list of beta locales. Pike: a?
