Flash is not supported on Honeycomb (bug 687267), so I'm wondering if the Plugins->Tap to Play thing in the Settings does make sense.
Afaik, this is only used for Flash, so on Honeycomb, this setting doesn't do anything practically.

Maybe if plugins aren't available on a device, we can just remove the plugins item from settings? Is there some flag we can read in Java that lets us know if plugins are available for that device?

Brian - Let's remove the settings from Honeycomb. Not a big priority though.
