Currently, the user profile view fetches and parses a feed from the MindTouch API to display a user's activity on the wiki:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/profiles/lmorchard/#docs-activity
When we move to Kuma, this needs to switch to pull from Kuma wiki models.
This should be switchable with a waffle flag.
