User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.0; rv:10.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/10.0 Build ID: 20120129021758 Steps to reproduce: This has been going on for months, but I set out to troubleshoot today. I set up sync on a Win 7 desktop, Vista laptop and Android mobile. I have run the set up several times. I have "unlinked" devices and changed passwords multiple times. Despite this, the "tabs from other computers" is greyed out on both computers. Sync works beautifully on the Android device with both computer's tabs visible on the phone. Actual results: Tabs from other computers are visible on Android but not on the windows machines. The latest log file (modified to remove my user name) is attached. Expected results: Tabs should be visible across all devices.

What if you go directly to about:sync-tabs? Can you still reproduce this on Firefox 12?
I should have mentioned originally that about:sync-tabs on my desktop and laptop computers takes me to a blank page, even though all tabs are still visible today on my Android. (Incidentally, I have stopped using the mobile version of Firefox. It loads sooooo slowly and seems to crash frequently.)
Do you still see this in Firefox 14 or newer? The error in your logs is in some parts of Sync that have been changed recently. I'd love to see a new log showing this error.
Any update, Mitch?
