72569 - Space between Re:/Fwd: and the original JPN subject is displayed as a square

When you reply/forward a mail with Ja subject, if you add some Ja chars in the
beginning of the subject, the space between "Re:"/"Fwd:" and the original
subject is displayed as a square. 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select a mail with JPN subject, like the 2nd msg in the smoketest folder.
2. Click on Forward. Add some Ja chars before [Fwd:....
3. Send the msg to your testing account itself in ISO-2022-JP
After you receive the mail, you'll see the space between [Fwd: and the original
JPN subject is displayed as a square.

Notes:
1. This problem is originally found on performance branch build. And it appears
on 03/19 trunk build.
2. It only happens on windows build.

Reassign to [e-mail].
Looks like MIME decoder does not remove CR/LF for this case.
