Test the attached XML file. When you resize window smaller than the content
area, it shows the scrollbars with old versions of Mozilla but with recent
builds scrollbars are missing.
1. See the attacment
2. If your window is greater than content area, please resize.
Actual Results: Text is clipped. If text content is not clipped resize your
browser.
Expected Results: Scrollbar should appear because text content is bigger.
