726068 - Generate Report for What Banners are Live

We'd like some way of quickly viewing a report of which banners are currently available, in what locales, what sizes, and what colors.

- The report doesn't have to be something 'generated'; we may be fine with an admin interface page that pulls the data live.
- It may be nice to be able to see upcoming banners that aren't live as well (this may depend on the ability to create yet disable a banner).

chelsea and cmore can give more input on what we want this to look like and what information is most important.

chelsea: I cannot for the life of me remember the purpose of this. Is this still valid?

I don't think it is. Because all the banners that are in the system are live.
