Terry, this page hasn't been removed by the team, so I'm not sure what's happened to it. Are you able to see anything in SVN that I might be missing?

Yes, Terry, I see the page is missing. I don't know the history of the page, are you the owner asking about it or are you submitting a bug to have a new/replacement page created?
