 (2) Open "Clock" app
 (3) Close "Clock" app

There's some visual artifact towards the lower-left part of the screen that looks like an image of a previously-sampled version of the page (at higher resolution).  Maybe a failure to clear properly?

This didn't used to happen.

Bisect will tell.
