Firefox 10.0, Windows XP SP 3 32-bit, no hardware acceleration
On http://www.mozilla.org/de/thunderbird/ , for the 'Thunderbird' in the download button, the 'T' and 'h' seem to overlay, this looks like a font glitch. There should be at least a thin green line between these two letters.
The style for that text includes
letter-spacing: -0.02em;
which is causing the letters to be closer together than normal.

Is this still the case with the current fonts? I didn't observe this issue when working on the download button

Looks better now. On Windows 8.1, the top left corner of the 'h' is above the 'T' but doesn't overlap anymore. On Xubuntu, it looks like I would expect it.
