thunderbird hung with zero cpu after fiddling with/multiple changing of laptop's power settings.
Both laptop and tbird were restarted about 10 minutes prior.

yes, this is the socket transport service blocking because it's unhappy that we're trying to use it on our imap thread. Irving investigated this fairly thoroughly in another bug, I believe.

The presence of PR_SetPollableEvent in the stack backtrace for thread 5 makes me think it's bug 698882
