User reported that the URL does not display a download button using:
Firefox Nightly, 13.0a1, 64-bit
Pale Moon, based on Firefox 10, compiled as 64-bit browser
Internet Explorer 9, 64-bit

All 32 bit browsers display properly

OS: All → Windows Vista
The user who reported the issue was using Windows 7 Ultimate on two machines.
