from sumo report to the rrrt: "https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/918425 (which showed up in 10) but I saw this in 10.0.1: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/918425 -- looks like you may have a problem installing Firefox if your admin account isn't Administrator." Rob: can this be related to a recent updater update? also cc;ing the QA folks for a testcase

I tried several things, but the only way in which I could get into the same situation was if used a standard account with no admin user privileges. It sounds like the person who reported this problem in SUMO may not be using an Administrator account. I replied to his post asking him a couple of questions, but at this point we need more information from the user.
