It should be pointing to http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-fx-team/ these days.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but 13.0a1 is the "mainstream" Nightly - I was looking for the build that had the new dev tools. I have 13.0a1 installed and the dev tools appear to be the same as stable and aurora. Maybe I'm missing something?

We've had specific features that were in development outside of mozilla-central while they were in progress (the most recent example was the debugger). As soon as possible, though, things get landed on mozilla-central (and thus, the standard Nightly). The debugger is now in mozilla-central, but is turned off[1].

Are there other tools you're expecting to see?

Rob has recently talked about resurrecting the devtools builds, but they are off for now (as you have seen).

I was just looking for the latest version of the dev-tools - I reported the issue because the 404'ing link is on a public facing blog

OK, I've updated the blog post to reflect that the best place to go right now to see the latest tools is Nightly.
