Update http://www.bugzilla.org/features/ with 4.2 (and earlier?) release notes

- http://www.bugzilla.org/features/#dbs : Experimental SQLite Support
- http://www.bugzilla.org/features/#email : HTML Bugmail
- http://www.bugzilla.org/features/#searchpage : Improved Searching System
- http://www.bugzilla.org/features/#custom-fields : Displaying a Custom Field Value Based on Multiple Values of Another Field
- add for administrators: 
      - Disabling Old Components, Versions and Milestones
      - Auditing of All Changes Within Bugzilla


And: place topics in order of importance / use
- move "Bug Lists in Multiple Formats"  to end of list.
- move "Save and Share Searches" to top
- move "Move Bugs Between Installs" to administrators
- ...

Is this bug still relevant or can it be closed by now?

A quick spot-check tells me that at least some of these items aren't listed yet (and I agree probably should be), which makes this still relevant. Which is a sorry state for a 10 year old bug. :-(
