User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:13.0a1) Gecko/20120212 Firefox/13.0a1 Build ID: 20120212053515 Steps to reproduce: Visit a google+ albums page (e.g. https://plus.google.com/photos/102179447054657444770/albums?banner=pwa) and mouse hover one album to trigger the css transform animation. Actual results: The resulting animation isn't smooth. Expected results: The resulting animation is smooth (as with google chrome on same test machine)
