We want to move statistics out of Talos (bug 721902). Graphserver
should utilize an upstream statistics package for dealing with talos
statistics. In addition, a standalone local (desktop) package should
utilize this package so that users of talos will be able to look at
their own results.
An additional package, e.g. TalosStats, should be created that can
extract data from Talos and present it and apply statistics to it in a
malleable way. This can be utilized by graphserver as well as by the
future desktop analysis package. In the interim, Talos can depend on
this package until statistics are phased out of Talos.

Since this plays in to whatever we're doing for statistics, local data, and graphserver, CCing :mcote and :wlach on this one since its now bigger than Talos. We probably shouldn't touch any of this until we have a clearer direction here

unmarking as jetperf+talos as that's no longer in the table for the conceivable term. Its probably just worth closing this bug as INVALID but i'll wait on that a bit

The existing direction of datazilla + talos does not include this. Closing.
